100% de Agave. Estate Grown. Aged for ~18 months in repurposed Bourbon and Tennessee Whiskey barrels. Smooth multi-layered flavors characterized by smoky sweet caramel and butterscotch, floral tones and hints of rosemary and spice. Wonderfully complex.
