Prodigo - meaning lavish, sumptuous, luxurious or grand, celebrates the marriage of Italian food and wine.

Prodigo is partially made from naturally dried (appassite) Nero d'Avola grapes. It's dry, bold, and medium to medium-plus in body with moderate tannins and acidity. The rich palate gives flavors of blackberry, plum, black cherry, earth, prune, vanilla, figs, smoke and pepper. Of course it will go well with pasta and meatballs.
