Mionetto Prosecco Nv

In 1887, master winemaker Francesco Mionetto opened the winery in Valdobbiadene, in the heart of the Prosecco area, just north of Venice. Mionetto has become a flagship for the area and a shining example of Prosecco.The wine has persistent bubbles with bright notes of green apple, white peach, and honey. It is very dry, fresh, light in body and well-balanced. This wine is perfect alone as an aperitif or as a delightful complement to hors d'oeuvres, salmon roe with sour cream and chives, poached eggs, or mild cheeses.
